“Hi, A month or ore ago I called to see how we could lower our auto insurance premium. It seems very high and it seems to have gone higher. I spoke to someone in the office whose was not able to offer any premium reductions. We did discuss about exploring the driving monitoring program for some additional savings, information has not been sent to me on this program.
